Signed up for HWA eNews but not receiving our e-mails? 

Here’s what you need to do:

If you are not receiving our emails, your mail server may have flagged them as spam and rejected them or placed them in a "Junk Mail" folder. If this happens to you, there are a couple of remedies:

  • Check your "Junk Mail" folder to see if our e-mails were sent there.
  • Add us to your address book or safe senders list. This will ensure that the email doesn’t go to your spam folder. Here are some articles that explain how to customize those settings for Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail and AOL
  • If your mail client uses spam filters, ask your IT department to whitelist iContact at the server level. While the email comes to you from harrywalker.com, we use iContact to send our eNews. Whitelisting iContact instructs your incoming mail server to route all of our emails to your inbox. Here are the domains to whitelist for iContact:
    • app.icontact.com
    • icpbounce.com
    • icontact.com
    • staticapp.icpsc.com
