Alexis deBoschnek is host of Chef Out of Water and a recipe developer based in the Catskills in upstate New York. Before going freelance, she was the Senior Test Kitchen Manager at BuzzFeed's Tasty, where her show, Chef Out of Water, went viral multiple times. She has contributed recipes to Food52, The Kitchn, Chowhound, and Tasting Table. Her first cookbook, To the Last Bite, published by Simon & Schuster, was named one of the most anticipated new cookbooks by TIME, Thrillist, Book Riot, and more.
