Indré Rockefeller is the Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer at Paravel, a sustainable travel goods brand that has been named one of Fast Company's "Most Innovative Companies of 2022," selected amongst Oprah's Favorite Things, and awarded Travel and Leisure's Global Vision Award and Modern Retail's "Most Responsible Retailer" in 2021. Indré is also a graduate student at Columbia University’s Climate School and an environmental advocate. Indre’s work focuses on developing sustainability and climate education content and on sustainable and circular design innovation.
Building on her career in the fashion industry - including at Vogue and Moda Operandi - Indré brings her passion for storytelling, design, and brand building to the sustainability and climate space. Indré has written and spoken on topics ranging from the pitfalls of greenwashing, how a polar expedition to Antarctica changed her career trajectory, opportunities for circular design in the fashion industry, and failing at composting.
