NFL athlete, entrepreneur, and philanthropist RUSSELL WILSON and Grammy-award-winning and multi-platinum musician CIARA co-founded the Why Not You Foundation, which fights cyclical poverty and drives greater equity for youth in the spaces of education and health. Its mission is to equip today’s youth with the skills and opportunities to become tomorrow’s leaders by supporting student access to equal education opportunities, children’s health, and food security initiatives.

Ciara is an entrepreneur on a mission to be good and do good
Grammy-award-winning and multi-platinum musician CIARA has successfully launched many businesses, showcasing her entrepreneurial acumen. She launched Beauty Marks Entertainment (BME) as a boundless platform for her music, media, film, fashion, philanthropy, technology, and entrepreneurial pursuits. She joined forces with her husband Russell to launch The House of LR&C, a new concept in retail built with a mission to democratize the retail industry and create large-scale positive change. She is the co-owner of the award-winning rum brand Ten to One and the skincare line OAM (On A Mission), which provides clinical-level results with simple attainable steps. All of Ciara’s businesses drive the work of her Why Not You Foundation, which distributes grants to empower youth.
