Curtis Stone is a Los Angeles-based Michelin-starred chef, restaurateur, author and culinary entrepreneur. In addition to several Michelin-starred restaurants, Curtis operates Curtis Stone Events in Los Angeles and Australia, a full-service events and catering company that crafts personalized occasions for guests. Outside his restaurants, Curtis is widely known for his appearances on television programs such as the NBC Top Chef franchise, Field Trip with Curtis Stone on PBS, Crime Scene Kitchen on FOX, Netflix’s Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend, and his show/podcast Getting Grilled with Curtis Stone. A New York Times bestselling author, Curtis has authored six cookbooks including his most recent, Good Food, Good Life. Curtis developed Kitchen Solutions, a sleek and functional cookware collection, which has become the best-reviewed brand and top-selling culinary line on the Home Shopping Network. Curtis was recognized with the Medal of the Order of Australia for his outstanding achievement and service in tourism and hospitality. As a public figure, Curtis has dedicated himself to giving back. In 2016, Curtis began a new pledge to give back through his #Commit2One initiative. Through these efforts, he has raised funds and awareness for The National Young Farmer’s Coalition, Chrysalis, AdoptTogether, and Share Our Strength, which aims to end childhood hunger through their No Kid Hungry campaign. Michelin-starred chef Curtis Stone reaches millions onscreen

Michelin-starred chef CURTIS STONE brings his passion for food as a world-renowned chef to the stage regularly, captivating audiences with his culinary journey, insights into the food industry, and tips for home cooks. Curtis has appeared on Take Home Chef (TLC), Top Chef: Masters (Bravo), Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend (Netflix), and the Emmy-nominated Top Chef: Junior, an extension of the NBC Top Chef franchise, as well as making frequent appearances on MasterChef: Australia and judging on Crime Scene Kitchen (FOX). Curtis Stone builds critically lauded businesses and brands

Michelin-starred chef CURTIS STONE is as much of an entrepreneur as he is a chef. Curtis began cooking at the Savoy Hotel’s five-star restaurant in his hometown of Melbourne, Australia at the age of 18. He soon moved to Europe to train under renowned chef Marco Pierre White for eight years, vital a foundation.

In 2014, Curtis opened his first solo restaurant, Maude (Beverly Hills, CA), to immediate acclaim. Following the success of Maude, Curtis opened Gwen Butcher Shop & Restaurant (Hollywood, CA) with his brother Luke Stone. Maude received its first Michelin star in 2019 upon the guide’s return to California, and has retained their standing, with Gwen sharing the honor with its own star in 2022. Curtis opened Woodend in 2023, which was named a Distinguished Restaurant in the Mexico edition of the Michelin Guide during its inaugural year.

Curtis Stone is a Los Angeles-based Michelin-starred chef, restaurateur, author and culinary entrepreneur. Curtis began cooking at the Savoy Hotel’s five-star restaurant in his hometown of Melbourne, Australia at the age of 18. He moved to Europe when he was 21 to further his education and classical training under renowned chef Marco Pierre White for eight years, a foundation that would inform his subsequent career in Los Angeles. In 2014, Curtis opened his first solo restaurant, Maude (Beverly Hills, CA), to immediate acclaim. Following the success of Maude, Curtis opened Gwen Butcher Shop & Restaurant (Hollywood, CA) in July 2016 with his brother Luke Stone. Maude received its first Michelin star in 2019 upon the guide’s return to California, and has retained their standing, with Gwen sharing the honor with its own star in 2022. Curtis opened Woodend by Curtis Stone at Maroma, A Belmond Hotel in the Riviera Maya in the summer of 2023 and was named as a Distinguished Restaurant in the Mexico edition of the Michelin Guide during its inaugural year. The Pie Room by Curtis Stone is scheduled to open at Topanga Social in 2024.In addition to the restaurants, Curtis operates Curtis Stone Events in Los Angeles and Australia, a full-service events and catering company that crafts personalized occasions for guests.

Curtis entered Kitchen Stadium as an Iron Chef for Netflix’s Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend, which debuted in June 2022. Most recently, Curtis was joined by celebrity guests from the worlds of film, television, sports, and music for his show and podcast, Getting Grilled with Curtis Stone, which was filmed at his 60-acre property in Malibu.
