For the first time since 2019, the Adobe team gathered for the Summit and welcomed a crowd of nearly 10,000 attendees. Paired with dynamic host Peyton Manning for the final Q&A of the day, Damar shared the best piece of advice he ever received – a motivational quote from his dad: ”Go hard, you never know who’s watching.” He shared his love of the sport, the importance of mentorship and coaching, and what makes a good teammate – selflessness, unifying around one goal, and going all in for the greater good.
