Cooking and Conversation with Eden Grinshpan
Eden Grinshpan is a chef, cookbook author and television food personality known for her relatability, theatrics, raw sincerity and goofiness. Eden engages her loyal followers with her high-octane energy, jokester personality, sincere heart, and warmth that signals all are welcomed at her dinner table. She’ll pour the wine.

Eden always finds the silver-lining and a perfectly timed joke to turn any whoops moment into a LOL moment.
Eden began her culinary journey upon graduating from high school in Toronto, when she enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu in London, earning the grand diplome in Pastry and Cuisine. Never one to do just one thing, Eden concurrently worked in kitchens while traversing the globe, fostering a deep affection for diverse cultures by way of their beautiful cuisines and culinary traditions. Following graduation, Eden kept the adventure rolling, traveling to India, Southeast Asia, and Israel before finally making her home in NYC.
At 27, Eden earned a coveted spot on the prestigious Forbes 30 under 30 list after creating, selling and hosting her first show on the Cooking Channel called EDEN EATS at the age of 23. Since then, Eden has continued to shine in front of and behind camera, hosting and producing "Log On and Eat with Eden Grinshpan" for the Cooking Channel and served as a judge on multiple Food Network shows, including "Donut Showdown" and "Sugar Showdown." Notably, she has guest co-hosted "Big Morning Buzz Live with Nick Lachey" on VH1. Currently, Eden hosts "Top Chef Canada," gearing up for an impressive 11th season.
Amidst her television career, getting married, and having kids, Eden managed to carve out time to co-found DEZ, a restaurant in Nolita, NYC, with Esquared Hospitality (has since closed).
Eden has been featured in top tier publications, including Domino, Glamour, Forbes, the Coveteur, Cherry Bombe, Tastemade and has lit up screens on Live with Kelly.
Eden has become a sought-after partner for global luxury and lifestyle brands, who engage her for endorsements, appearances, recipe development, and more thanks to her relatable and candid personality. In 2020, Eden released her debut cookbook, "Eating Out Loud," (Clarkson Potter and Penguin Canada) and brought contemporary Middle Eastern food into everyday living through a stylish and approachable lens.
Eden is set to further explore Middle Eastern food with her second cookbook, "Tahini Baby," slated for release in April 2025 (Avery and Penguin Canada). She promises it to be an extended love letter to her favorite condiment of all time, further solidifying her influence as a preeminent culinary voice in Middle Eastern cuisine.
Eden currently divides her time between her two favorite cities, NYC and Toronto, where she resides with her husband, Ido Nivron, and their two tahini-loving daughters, Ayv and Romi. Amidst shooting shows and writing and developing recipes, you can find Eden engaged with family and close friends, making people laugh anywhere she goes, and of course, always sharing her latest recipe, elevated yet skater-cool outfit, or design obsession with her global fanbase.
