Starting at Auburn University, Snead played well and transitioned to the front office after college. He spent 13 seasons with the Atlanta Falcons, mastering player evaluation, draft strategies, and team management. In 2012, he became the General Manager of the Los Angeles Rams, leading the team to remarkable success, including a Super Bowl win.
