Super Bowl Champion, entrepreneur and philanthropist RUSSELL WILSON has a second career as an unstoppable entrepreneur, collaborating with his wife Ciara to found the Good Man Brand, 3Brand, The House of LR&C, and Why Not You Productions. Wilson’s businesses are all built to give back to the communities they serve, setting aside a portion of all profits for philanthropy efforts. Wilson told Forbes, “We thought it was necessary to make a difference in this space. It was a big reason why we launched LR&C and Human Nation, alongside the Good Man Brand, which is founded upon principles of community and inclusivity while directly giving back a portion of proceeds back to charity.”

A Super Bowl champion and one of his generation’s most influential athletes, Russell Wilson continues to inspire through his unwavering commitment to excellence, not only on the field but also through his community work and entrepreneurship.
Signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Wilson is entering his 13th year in the NFL. Wilson, a nine-time Pro Bowler, currently ranks fourth all-time in career passer rating, and his 115 career wins rank second among active quarterbacks, exemplifying his dominance and establishing his place as one of the league’s premier players and champions.
Off the field, Wilson’s commitment to cause work led him to creating the Why Not You Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating real and lasting change in the world by motivating and empowering today’s youth. In recognition of his philanthropic impact, Wilson earned the 2020 NFL Walter Payton Man of the Year Award and the 2022 Bart Starr Award.
Good Man Brand, which Wilson co-founded in 2016, serves as an extension of his passion for uplifting others. The brand’s ethos draws from the influential, good-hearted men in Wilson’s life, and the clothing aims to bring out the best in its customers by helping them look good and feel good, so they can live life, work hard, and help others. In 2020, Wilson expanded his fashion empire with Ciara, and together they created The House of LR&C with the mission of promoting community, inclusivity, and positivity within the fashion industry.
Together, Wilson and Ciara also formed Why Not You Productions, a production company spanning scripted and unscripted film, television, and digital content projects that focus on inspiring and aspiring narratives as well as human interest stories.
Family is the foundation of all of Wilson’s endeavors. He is the proud husband to Ciara and father to their children Future, Sienna, Win, and Amora.
